Supply chain compliance
Phase 2 · Implementation
Corrective execution plan: setup, EDI/testing, logistics standards, and policy controls.
Corrective execution plan
- Sequenced workplan to close Phase 1 gaps: data fixes, document uploads, process changes, and system configuration.
- Change control for anything that touches item, cost, or supply path post–item approval.
Setup and EDI / integration
- Trading partner setup, VAN or direct AS2, and transaction maps (850, 855, 856, 810, 820 as applicable).
- End-to-end testing: parallel testing, production validation, and error-code playbooks.
- ASN and label compliance: SSCC, GS1-128, and retailer-specific label layouts.
Logistics standards
- Routing guide implementation: carrier selection, transit time targets, appointment scheduling, and must-arrive-by windows.
- DC and store delivery alignment: floor-ready packaging, pallet configuration, and shipment consolidation rules.
Policy controls
- Internal controls for order acknowledgment, ship quantities, invoice timing, and deduction dispute windows.
- SOPs for chargeback root-cause analysis and corrective action to prevent repeat issues.
Implementation exit criteria
- Signed-off test results and retailer approval for production traffic.
- Baseline KPI snapshot before Phase 3 governance cadence begins.
