Channel X: partner and network overview

Channel X is operated by 1st Choice Holdings. This overview supports partner enrollment, enterprise sales alignment, and executive briefing. It does not replace binding terms on Legal. Inter-product operating documents that allocate responsibilities between Channel X and Retail Auctus are internal to 1st Choice Holdings and do not constitute the marketplace agreement for sellers, buyers, or shoppers.

Platform scope

Channel X is a multi-sided commerce platform. Merchants supply product; retailers and institutions purchase on B2B terms; consumers purchase on B2C terms, through marketplace discovery, authenticated partner workspaces, and role-appropriate checkout. The design emphasizes governance (identity, approval workflows, accountability) and operational control (workspace messaging, structured operations routing), not ungoverned listing.

Retail Auctus is an affiliated program under 1st Choice Holdings and the designated application for merchant program onboarding, listing funnel, attribution, go-live criteria, and seller-facing experience, delivered from Retail Auctus' origin. Channel X surfaces that program at /retailauctus. Channel X does not replace Retail Auctus' merchant pipeline; it integrates marketplace governance and operator processes around it.

UPM (Universal Procurement Mind) is an affiliated intelligent global sourcing program under 1st Choice Holdings: procurement discovery, evaluation, and sourcing workflows delivered from UPM's origin (universalprocurement.io). Channel X surfaces that program at /upm and embeds the UPM marketing experience from UPM's URL, Channel X does not load UPM as Channel X's own origin (see src/lib/universalProcurementEmbed.js). UPM is distinct from the marketplace and from Retail Auctus' merchant program; each keeps its product obligations and published terms on its hosts.

Operational model (steady state)

Following successful onboarding, responsibilities are explicit and documented. Channel X retains platform governance: marketplace presence, partner workspaces, operator approval and suspension, coordination tooling, and enforcement of Channel X policies.

Retail Auctus retains the attribution and commercial measurement layer: merchant identity, journey continuity from listings, storefront instrumentation, and order and revenue signals for reporting and seller performance. When traffic moves from Channel X to Retail Auctus, merchant properties, or other approved surfaces, Retail Auctus maintains attribution so 1st Choice Holdings preserves end-to-end commercial visibility, Channel X for marketplace and operator policy; Retail Auctus for measurement continuity.

External positioning

For board, investor, or public use only after review by leadership and counsel.

Under 1st Choice Holdings, Channel X provides the marketplace network and operator governance. Retail Auctus provides merchant program onboarding and continuous attribution. The offerings are complementary, with defined responsibilities, so sellers experience one coordinated program.

Summary line: Channel X, marketplace and operator platform. Retail Auctus, merchant onboarding and sales intelligence. Common ownership; documented role separation.

UPM: intelligent global sourcing on universalprocurement.io; Channel X entry at /upm. Separate program from Retail Auctus; UPM terms apply on UPM hosts.

Operations and support

  • Workspace messaging, Threaded communication among sellers, buyers, and operators within partner workspaces.
  • Retail Auctus, Affiliated program under 1st Choice Holdings; authoritative system for merchant program onboarding, attribution, and seller performance reporting. Channel X surfaces and routes to Retail Auctus. Commercial settlement and seller-facing acquisition narrative are owned on Retail Auctus' origin per program design.
  • Contacts, Commercial: sales@1stchoiceholdings.com. Policy and accounts: info@1stchoiceholdings.com. See Legal.

Readiness and governance

  • Operational readiness requires working data paths, authentication, and workflows, not presentation alone. Operators may use consolidated health endpoints (e.g. /api/health/bundle) without exposing infrastructure detail on shopper-facing surfaces.
  • External statements should cite leadership-approved metrics and remain consistent with published legal terms on Legal.
